Jennifer Gerry, Founder | Operations & Design Director
Jennifer co-founded Gerry Homes in 2014 and leads the systems, processes, and design oversight that support every project. She oversees the office team, financial operations, and interior design process, helping ensure that projects run smoothly while guiding selections that create cohesive, timeless homes. Her focus is transforming the complexity of custom homebuilding into a clear, organized, and enjoyable experience for clients.
David Gerry, Founder | Director of Construction
David founded Gerry Homes in 2014 and leads the company's construction strategy, building standards, and project delivery processes. Drawing on more than two decades of experience building custom homes, he works closely with the Gerry Homes team to ensure every project reflects the level of craftsmanship, quality, and thoughtful execution that clients expect.
Connor Hsu, Site Superintendent
Connor is responsible for coordinating day-to-day field operations and maintaining project momentum throughout construction. Working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team, he helps ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and according to schedule. His energy, responsiveness, and commitment to execution keeps projects moving forward.
Umer Nafees, Project Manager
Umer manages project coordination, budgeting, communication, and documentation throughout the construction process. He serves as a central point of coordination between clients, consultants, and the field team, helping ensure that important details are addressed and projects remain organized from beginning to end.
Mike Huntman, Lead Carpenter
Since joining Gerry Homes in 2018, Mike has played an important role in delivering the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define our work. His experience, consistency, and commitment to quality help ensure that every home reflects the standards our clients expect.
Martina Hoffrichter, Interior Design & Procurement Manager
Martina helps clients navigate design selections while overseeing the procurement process that brings each home's vision to life. From organizing specifications and coordinating finish selections to managing product orders and deliveries, she helps ensure that materials arrive correctly, on schedule, and aligned with the project's design intent. Her attention to detail allows clients to enjoy the creative aspects of the process without becoming overwhelmed by the logistics behind it.
Chloe Adkison, Compliance & Client Care
Chloe helps safeguard the building process by ensuring subcontractors and vendors meet Gerry Homes' strict standards for professionalism, insurance, licensing, and documentation. She also oversees warranty and punch list coordination, helping provide clients with confidence that details will be addressed and commitments will be fulfilled long after move-in day.
Diwakar Ohja, Accounting
Diwakar oversees project accounting and financial administration, helping ensure budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting remain accurate and organized throughout construction.
