David Gerry, Founder, Director of Construction

David founded Gerry Homes in 2014 and leads the company's construction strategy, building standards, and project delivery processes. Drawing on more than two decades of experience building custom homes, he works closely with the Gerry Homes team to ensure every project reflects the level of craftsmanship, quality, and thoughtful execution that clients expect.

Jennifer Gerry, Co-Founder | Operations & Design Director

Jennifer co-founded Gerry Homes in 2014 and leads the systems, processes, and design oversight that support every project. She oversees the office team, financial operations, and interior design process, helping ensure that projects run smoothly while guiding selections that create cohesive, timeless homes. Her focus is transforming the complexity of custom homebuilding into a clear, organized, and enjoyable experience for clients.

Connor Hsu, Site Superintendent

Connor is responsible for coordinating day-to-day field operations and maintaining project momentum throughout construction. Working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team, he helps ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and according to schedule. His energy, responsiveness, and commitment to execution keeps projects moving forward.

Umer Nafees, Project Manager

Umer manages project coordination, budgeting, communication, and documentation throughout the construction process. He serves as a central point of coordination between clients, consultants, and the field team, helping ensure that important details are addressed and projects remain organized from beginning to end.

Martina guides material selections, interior finishes, and design details that bring each home's vision to life. By balancing aesthetics, functionality, and lifestyle considerations, she helps create spaces that feel both timeless and personal to the families who live in them.

She also oversees warranty and punch list coordination, helping provide clients with confidence that details will be addressed and commitments will be fulfilled long after move-in day.

Diwakar Ohja, Accounting

Diwakar manages financial administration and project accounting, helping ensure that budgets, invoices, and financial reporting are handled accurately and professionally throughout the construction process.
